Peripetics by Zeitguised

I missed this when it was fresh and new, but I’m so glad that I came across it the other day. I can’t explain what this film is about, so I won’t try, but here’s what the makers said.

It entails six imaginations of disoriented systems that take a catastrophic turn, including the evolution of educational plant-body-machine models and liquid building materials. Following an internet trail recently, I discovered that Alexis Taylor from Hot Chip has released a solo album entitled Rubbed Out. News to me.

The CD artwork is very lovely and is one in a series of loveliness from label Treader.
